Marinade
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemongrass, finely chopped
- 1 cup Coconut milk
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, minced garlic, finely chopped lemongrass, and coconut milk.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
4. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
5. Serve hot with peanut sauce and enjoy!
