Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 whole Mud crabs cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 cup Chili sauce
  • ½ cup Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 whole Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the crab pieces and stir well to coat with the sauce. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Stir well.
  5. Pour beaten egg into the wok, stirring continuously to create egg ribbons.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
