- 10 red chilies
- 5 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup water
- Blend chilies and garlic until smooth. 
- Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and water. 
- Simmer for 20 minutes. 
- Cool and store in a jar.
