Malaysian Chow Mein

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Egg noodles
- 200 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the chicken slices and cook until they turn white.
4. Add the bell pepper and carrot, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
6. Add the bean sprouts and green onions, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
