Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jasmine rice
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 pcs Pandan leaves tied into a knot

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a rice cooker, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, salt, and pandan leaves.
  3. Turn on the rice cooker and let it cook until the rice is done.
  4. Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and remove the pandan leaves before serving.
