Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Crab cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass bruised

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and lemongrass. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the crab pieces and stir to coat them with the spices.
  5. 5. Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, or until the crab is cooked through.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
