Salad Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers sliced thinly
- 1 small Red Onion sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
In a small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and chili flakes (if using).
Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture. Toss well to combine.
Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
