Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the curry powder and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot with rice.
