  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 g Palm sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Mix rice flour and coconut milk in a bowl until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, melt palm sugar with a little water over low heat.
  3. Combine the melted sugar with the flour mixture and add a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and steam for 20 minutes.
