Malaysian Fish Curry

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Fish Fillets cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 cups Water
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Add curry powder and turmeric powder. Cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a simmer.
Add fish chunks and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until fish is cooked through.
Serve hot with rice or bread.
