Malaysian Fish Head Curry Recipe

- 1 large Fish Head cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 3 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- to taste Salt
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
Add the curry powder and stir well.
Pour in the coconut milk, water, and tamarind paste. Bring to a simmer.
Add the fish head pieces and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Season with salt to taste. Serve hot with rice.
