Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Fish fillets any white fish
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the fish fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Pour in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the coconut milk, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Stir to combine.
  6. 6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
