Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Stir well to coat the chicken.
  5. 5. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
