Malaysian Food Portland Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, bell peppers, peas
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.
Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
