Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, bell peppers, peas
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
