  • 500 g Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 inch Ginger Minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add water and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
