Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 1 kg Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 cups Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour and cornstarch.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Coat marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
  6. 6. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
