Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
