Main Ingredients
- 400 g Yellow noodles
- 200 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
- 200 g Pork belly, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 100 g Choy sum, cut into 2-inch pieces
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the pork belly and prawns, stir-fry until they are cooked through.
Add the yellow noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
Add the choy sum and cook until just wilted.
Serve hot.
