Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice Flour
  • 100 g Tapioca Flour
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • as needed Food Coloring

Instructions 

  1. Mix rice flour and tapioca flour in a bowl.
  2. Add coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add different food colorings to each.
  4. Layer the colored mixtures in a greased tray.
  5. Steam each layer for 5-7 minutes before adding the next layer.
  6. Once all layers are steamed, let it cool before cutting into pieces.
