Malaysian Lo Mein Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Lo Mein noodles
- 200 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 Carrot, julienned
- 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 Green onions, chopped
1. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
4. Add the carrot and bell pepper slices, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
