- 200 g Chicken Breast sliced
- 1 tablespoon Long Pepper ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Onions sliced
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
Add the ground long pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well.
Add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook until vegetables are tender.
