Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 Mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  5. Add the diced mangoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the mangoes are soft and the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
