- 2 pieces Ripe Mangoes peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
1. Peel and slice the mangoes.
2. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Arrange the mango slices in serving bowls and pour the coconut milk mixture over them.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving.
