Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 unit Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 1 unit Chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and mixed vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Push ingredients to the side, pour beaten eggs into the center, scramble until cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and chili paste, stir well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
