Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles soaked in warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1 l Chicken broth
  • 200 g Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges
  • 1 Red chili sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add chicken slices and cook until done.
  3. 3. Stir in soy sauce and fish sauce. Add rice noodles and cook until tender.
  4. 4. Serve hot, topped with bean sprouts, green onions, lime wedges, and red chili slices.
