- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
Marinate pork chops with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add marinated pork chops, cook each side for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
