  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Marinate pork chops with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated pork chops, cook each side for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
