Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork shoulder cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add cooking oil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add pork pieces and stir-fry until browned.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Pour in water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
