Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for another minute.
Stir in curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in coconut milk and water, bring to a simmer.
Add prawns, salt, and sugar. Cook until prawns are done, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
