Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and water, bring to a simmer.
  6. Add prawns, salt, and sugar. Cook until prawns are done, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
