- 200 g Rice Flour
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 500 ml Water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour and water. Whisk until smooth.
2. Add coconut milk and salt to the mixture. Stir well.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased tray or mold.
4. Steam for 30 minutes or until set.
5. Let it cool before cutting into pieces. Serve and enjoy!
