Malaysian Rice Noodles Recipe

- 200 g Rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 1 cup Chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers)
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
4. Add the soaked rice noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are well-coated with the sauce.
5. Add the bean sprouts and chopped green onions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy your Malaysian rice noodles!
