Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ¾ cup Water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
2. Add vegetable oil and water, mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll each into a ball.
5. Roll out each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
6. Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook each roti for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
