  • ¾ cup Water Warm

Instructions

  2. Add vegetable oil and warm water. Knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each roti for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
