Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup Peanuts, crushed

Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and peanuts.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
