Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature with satay skewers or as a dip.
