- 2 cups Shaved ice
- 1 cup Sweetened red beans
- ½ cup Evaporated milk
- ¼ cup Palm sugar syrup
- ¼ cup Grass jelly cut into cubes
1. Prepare the shaved ice using a shaved ice machine.
2. In a bowl, add a layer of sweetened red beans.
3. Top with shaved ice.
4. Drizzle evaporated milk and palm sugar syrup over the ice.
5. Add grass jelly cubes on top.
6. Serve immediately.
