  • ¼ cup Palm sugar syrup
  • ¼ cup Grass jelly cut into cubes

  2. 2. In a bowl, add a layer of sweetened red beans.
  3. 3. Top with shaved ice.
  4. 4. Drizzle evaporated milk and palm sugar syrup over the ice.
  5. 5. Add grass jelly cubes on top.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
