  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend shrimp, garlic, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the blended mixture to the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Stir in fish sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
