Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Coconut milk

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, chili paste, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
