  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain out the garlic and ginger before using.
