Malaysian Spicy Noodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 200 g Chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili paste
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
4. Add the red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Mix well.
6. Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine all ingredients evenly.
7. Add the bean sprouts and green onions. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
