Ingredients 

Spring Roll Filling

  • 200 g Cabbage, shredded
  • 100 g Carrots, julienned
  • 100 g Bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 8 pieces Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for a few minutes until softened.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of the filling on each spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edges with a little water.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
