Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Udon noodles pre-cooked
  • 200 g Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add cabbage and carrot, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add udon noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
