  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 bags Black Tea
  • 1 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Add tea bags and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove tea bags and stir in condensed milk and sugar.
  4. 4. Pour the tea through a strainer into a teapot.
  5. 5. Serve hot or over ice.
