Main Ingredients
- 400 g Tofu firm, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and chili paste, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown.
4. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well to coat the tofu evenly.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and serve hot.
