- 500 g Pumpkin peeled and cut into cubes
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 unit Onion sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 units Red chili sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1. Heat a pot over medium heat.
2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the pumpkin cubes and stir well.
4. Pour in the coconut milk and add turmeric powder. Stir to combine.
5. Add salt to taste and sliced red chili. Let it simmer until the pumpkin is tender.
6. Serve hot with rice.
