Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Yellow noodles
  • 200 g Chicken breast, sliced
  • 100 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and shrimp, cook until they are just done.
  4. Push the ingredients to one side of the wok and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until they are just cooked.
  5. Add the noodles, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
  6. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Serve hot.
