Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Yellow noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Kecap manis
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
  • 2 unit Eggs beaten
  • 100 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 unit Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Push to the side of the wok.
  3. 3. Pour beaten eggs into the wok, scramble until cooked.
  4. 4. Add noodles, cabbage, kecap manis, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Stir-fry until well combined.
  5. 5. Add green onions, stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot.
