Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Yellow Noodles
  • 200 g Chicken Breast sliced
  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 100 g Choy Sum cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breast slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Add choy sum and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  7. Add yellow noodles and mix well.
  8. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
  9. Serve hot.
