Mee Hailam Recipe (Hainanese Style Wet Noodles)

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Yellow Noodles
- 200 g Chicken Breast sliced
- 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 100 g Choy Sum cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. 
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. 
- Add chicken breast slices and cook until no longer pink. 
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink. 
- Add choy sum and stir-fry for another minute. 
- Pour in chicken broth, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. 
- Add yellow noodles and mix well. 
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. 
- Serve hot.
