Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Yellow noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 200 g Bean sprouts
  • 2 stalks Spring onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the yellow noodles in a pot of water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the wok. Stir well.
  4. 4. Add the boiled noodles to the wok and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. 5. Add bean sprouts and chopped spring onions. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
