Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns cleaned and deveined
  • 200 g Yellow Noodles blanched
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 liter Chicken Stock
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch Spring Onions chopped
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced onions. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chili paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Add prawns, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Cook until prawns are done.
  6. Place blanched noodles in bowls. Pour the soup over the noodles.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and cilantro. Serve hot.
