- 200 g Chicken Floss
- 20 pcs Spring Roll Wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Mix chicken floss, soy sauce, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Place a small amount of the mixture on each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
